“I would recommend this staff to everyone that has a pet emergency.”

I had to take my rottie in tonight due to neck pain. It was so bad he couldn’t get in or out of the car. 2 vet techs came out and helped me get him out and walk him in. He was crying so bad and in so much pain they immediately got him into a room. 2 hrs later he’s pretty drugged up from the morphine and was just laying on the floor not waiting to get up or leave. Once again the vet techs helped me get him out and in my car.
I can’t express how great full I am to the works here. They were so quick and so helpful!

I had to bring my German Shepherd to the Papillion Urgent Pet Care last night for an infected hot spot. In order to clean his wound properly, they suggested a light sedation. We had a horrible experience with sedation at a different vet clinic a few years ago, so I was extremely apprehensive about this. However the staff here were amazing with my dog and everything turned out fine. They were very helpful and informative on how to follow up with the treatment at home.

The staff is wonderful!! Everyone was so nice and caring for my dog, and they went over everything for him with me very well, answered all my questions. I’m so glad they’re growing enough to be building a larger facility as well! Their hours are great – open a lot when regular vet offices are closed. Hope I won’t have to take my dog there again, but I will definitely go back if needed!

We are so happy with the great care that Dr. Westfall and the entire staff gave to our cat, Flash last weekend. We were so grateful to be able to take him in on a Saturday evening so that he could get the help that he needed for a urinary tract infection and blockage. We were very concerned, because Flash was our super sensitve, scared kitty and we really worried about leaving him and hoping that he would not be too petrified. Everyone there was very caring and handled him so well.

I would recommend this staff to everyone that has a pet emergency. They are great and we thought that the price was reasonable.

I never once doubted the sincerity of the staff, who managed to ease my stress by showing a sense of urgency while also remaining collected and lighthearted. They were also upfront about all of the costs associated with the care and did not apply any pressure while I made my decisions on the route of care. We went ahead with the recommended examination and treatment plan and thankfully left happy and healthy.

Used them a few times over the years. Just recently had to use them for my new puppy who tried taking a treat from another dog. They were very nice and got us in immediately. Very thorough! Thankfully it wasn’t too serious but I knew he was in good hands.

This was my first time visiting Urgent Pet Care. I would definitely recommend going there to everyone I know. My senior cat was in a lot of pain and they got me in within an hour on a Saturday. The registration process on my phone was simple, and allowed me to get in quickly once I arrived. The vet explained what the process would be and together we agreed that it would be best to put my cat to sleep. Everyone was so kind and gave me the time to say goodbye . It was a hard time, but both my cat and myself were treated with so much compassion by the staff. I would definitely go back .

It is never fun to have to bring your dog into an emergency clinic. They made the experience positive and manageable. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The vet tech took the time to really listen to us, and the vet, Dr. Westfall, was awesome. They did not recommend anything that was not necessary, and gave us choices. They got our little one back up and to her old self again – we had no worries leaving her there overnight. I truly wish I could bring our dog in to this place for regular vet visits.

Our young pup got into something in the back yard and had a pretty serious looking allergic reaction (his face blew up to twice it’s size). We got him in pretty quickly and the great folks at Urgent Care took great care of him. He got a few shots and we were out quickly without a huge bill.
