COVID-19 Protocol

  • If any client is sick, especially with flu-like symptoms, has been in contact with anyone who is sick, especially those who tested positive for COVID-19, please do not travel with your pet. Please find your pet alternative transportation.
  • Please call prior to arrival, we currently are scheduling appointment to best serve you. Critical patientswill be seen first regardless of appointments.
  • We will text you or email you a client information form to fill out prior to your arrival. You can text or email the information back to us.
  • All driving clients please wait in cars and call us at our Papillion Office 402-597-2911 or Millard Office 402-991-9444 to let us know you have arrived.
  • All walking clients please also call or wave from outside the office.
  • When retrieving large dogs, we ask you to retrieve the pet from your car and place one of our leashes on the pet. Please have your cats and small dogs in a carrier.
  • Clients will stay outside in their cars or outside the office, as only the pets will be allowed in to the building (social distancing). Please call to discuss protocol regarding humane euthanasia, if indicated.
  • Clients will receive a phone call from the doctor once the exam has been performed to discuss exam findings, recommendations and treatments. Costs will be discussed as well.
  • Clients will complete billing by speaking with a team member prior to services performed and receiving medications (if needed) outside the office or at their car. Please try to use credit/debit cards over cash at this time.We do not accept checks. We will provide you via text with a secure link for credit card payments.
  • If alternative financing is needed, you may apply at either scratchpay.com or carecredit.com from your phone or home computer.
